GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

1. SCOPE

These terms apply to all reservations for holiday accommodation, glamping units, and camper pitches offered by ORAVIDA DOO in Krimovice, Kotor, Montenegro.

2. BOOKING

A reservation is only considered binding upon written confirmation by ORAVIDA DOO.

A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

3. PRICES

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR).

The prices confirmed at the time of booking are the applicable rates.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment details are specified in the respective booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in: from 14:00

Check-out: by 10:00

Alternative times may be arranged subject to prior agreement and availability.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

- For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

- For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

- In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.

7. EARLY DEPARTURE

In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund for unused overnight stays or services.

8. GUEST LIABILITY

Guests agree to treat the accommodation, inventory, and facilities with care.

Guests are liable for any damage caused, to the extent provided by law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

ORAVIDA DOO shall not be liable for performance disruptions or failures resulting from events of force majeure, including, in particular, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, government orders, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

10. GOVERNING LAW

The law of Montenegro applies.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent court in Montenegro, to the extent permitted by law.
