Enjoy your stay in our thoughtfully furnished and comfortable holiday apartment in Montenegro. Bright, welcoming rooms combine modern convenience with a relaxed and homely atmosphere, providing a comfortable base from which to discover the beauty of the Montenegrin coast.
The spacious living area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa or in the cosy seating area. A large 100 cm Smart TV with Internet TV is available for your entertainment.
Located on the ground floor with generously high ceilings, the apartment remains pleasantly cool even during the warmest summer days.
Large windows fill the rooms with natural daylight and create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Air conditioning is also available for additional comfort whenever needed.
Comfortable bedrooms
The separate master bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed. A high-quality, metal-free memory foam mattress provides excellent sleeping comfort and a restful night’s sleep.
An additional bedroom can be booked on request. Its flexible bed system allows the room to be configured according to your needs: as one 160 × 200 cm double bed, as two separate 80 × 200 cm single beds, or as an additional sleeping space for one or two guests. A quality slatted base and latex mattresses provide a high level of sleeping comfort.
The apartment’s tasteful bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and features a modern walk-in shower.
Space to relax and enjoy
As an additional feature, our guests have access to a spacious 32 m² Aula – a shared living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining space. It offers an inviting place to enjoy breakfast, prepare a meal or simply spend some time together.
Important to know:
- Access: The apartment is accessed with a key.
- Payment: Payment is made directly at the property on the day of arrival.
- Smoking: All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
- Check-in: 14:00–22:00
- Check-out: 07:00–10:00
- Quiet hours: From midnight onwards, we kindly ask our guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the house and its surroundings.
- Kuća Oleander is a place for relaxation and quiet enjoyment. Bachelor parties, hen parties and similar celebrations are therefore not permitted.

Your Private Apartment – with an Additional Guest Area
Your private, lockable apartment offers approximately 30 m² of living space and includes the living area, bedroom, and bathroom
In addition, our apartment guests have exclusive use of a spacious 32 m² Aula, creating considerably more room to relax, dine and spend time together during your stay. The Aula is a bright and welcoming shared-access area with a lounge, dining space and kitchenette. It is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the apartment.
The Aula also serves as the access route to our private living quarters on the upper floor. For this reason, it cannot be locked separately from the rest of the house. We live in the house ourselves and may occasionally pass through the Aula when accessing our private apartment.
This arrangement allows you to enjoy a generous amount of additional space while preserving the privacy of your own apartment.
